SchoolServices.com/shop carries a thirty (30) day satisfaction guarantee. Your satisfaction is our goal. If you are not satisfied with an item you ordered from SchoolServices.com/shop you may contact us directly for merchandise return information.

We will issue a replacement, exchange, or full refund for All items returned in new condition within 30 days of the shipment date. Please note that all returns to Southern School Services must include either the original receipt or packing receipt.

All items on SchoolServices.com/shop can be returned by mail. You will need the order number or a receipt/packing slip in order to return a purchase from SchoolServices.com/shop.
